What We Do

NewBridges Immigrant Resource Center provides an array of services that support our immigrant community. NewBridges is Recognized by the Department of Justice and employs an Immigration Staff Attorney and a DoJ Accredited Representative to offer immigration legal representation services and support. Our Health Navigation Program helps clients navigate medical expenses. We also offer other services including document translation, information and referrals. Immigration Legal Program

NewBridges Immigrant Resource Center has been Recognized by the DoJ to practice immigration law before the Department of Homeland Security since 2014. Our organization employs one Immigration Attorney and one Accredited Representative authorized to practice immigration law for a nominal fee.

We represent:

  • Citizenship applications
  • Residency applications and renewals
  • Family Based Petitions
  • Employment authorization documents
  • DACA and TPS Renewals
  • Removal of conditions for Residency
  • Adjustment of Status applications
  • Affidavits of support
  • Travel documents


We also provide:

  • Answers to immigration inquiries and referrals
  • Guidance on immigration laws and regulations

Health Navigation Program

Our agency helps clients navigate financial aid and medical billing from local providers. Call for an appointment to speak with Ricardo Mazariegos, our case manager and Health Navigation Program representative.

We help clients who have been to a healthcare provider, including Emergency Room visits, to:

  • Understand their bills
  • Fill out financial aid applications (if applicable)
  • Communicate with providers to get financial aid awards applied (if applicable) and help set up payment plans
